This past year has been great at Cadillac Pizza. We go at least once a month and the food has been on point every time. Our new favorites are the Margherita pizza and Chicken Bacon Boom boom. Shout out to the new manager Jake who is always working hard when we are there, providing exceptional customer service. He is almost super human!

Live music, great service, and outstanding pizza...love this trifecta. Absolute favorite pizza is The Bee's Knees because spicy soppressata is my weak spot.

This is a fun atmosphere! The pizza is amazing, and they had a great gluten free option for our daughter!

I've been wanting to try this place for years and finally made it down!! We went for lunch and it was a bit difficult to find parking near the restaurant. They have an amazing lunch special! For $13 you get a side salad, personal pan pizza, and a drink! I ordered a pepperoni pizza with red onions & a Caesar salad. I liked the pizza but I've better. I love that the crust is rather thin and not too thick. My daughter ordered the Chicken Bacon Boom Boom. She loved her pizza! The service was phenomenal! We didn't wait long and it didn't take too long for the pizza to come out.

Fabulous spot!' Love the lunch special and the vibe! Live music usually on the weekends too. We always have a great experience and def get on the wait list at Yelp first!! Thank you y'all

There is always a wait when we go here but it is soooooo worth it! Pizza, drinks, and service is spot on! Live music is good too! Parking and wait are my only complaints but it is sooooo worth it!

This pizza spot has been on our list to try since we moved to McKinney. We finally got a table at the spot on a late Friday afternoon. We were surprised Ashley get a table since this place is usually pretty busy leading up to the weekend! The restaurant offered live music and seems like a great spot for families and couples alike! the restaurant itself is pretty small, but there is plenty of outdoor seating as well. Although since it's patio, weather is pretty limited. My husband and I split medium pizza and while I was full my husband was still a little hungry. Since the pizzas are mostly crust, they can be a little less filling! I personally love a thin crust pizza so these pizzas checked a lot of the boxes for me. There's plenty of other pizza spots around the metroplex so this wouldn't rank the highest on my list. The crust was cooked well and not burnt, which is easy to do with such a thin crust! The flavors were on point! Definitely a spot I would recommend a check out in downtown McKinney!

A friend and I recently visited Cadillac Pizza Pub after exploring Downtown McKinney. We got the recommendation from some locals we chatted with on the street. First off, this place was hopping! We had to wait an hour on a Thursday night. The environment was cute, but very loud. The server was nice, but a bit distracted and not the most attentive. She didn't really check in with us at the beginning, despite knowing that we wanted to order an additional item. For the pizza, we ordered 1/2 Fig and Goat Cheese Pizza and 1/2 The Classic Caddy. The Fig and Goat Cheese Pizza was unique and incredible! I've definitely order it again. However, for us, The Classic Caddy was a bit underwhelming. I thought it would be flavorful with the artichoke hearts, feta and garlic-olive oil, but it lacked the distinct flavor I envisioned. However, it was quite refreshing after eating The Goat Cheese Pizza. In addition, we ordered the Cadillac Mac and Cheese. I really enjoyed this item, but it was a bit too much for my friend. It definitely had a lot of cheese compared to some Mac and Cheese dishes. We didn't add on any meats, so maybe that would have helped. Overall, I'd come back if I so happen to be in McKinney and in the mood for pizza. I may come back for The Fig and Goat Cheese Pizza, which was phenomenal, but I don't think I'd drive there specifically.

Last weekend was Oktoberfest in McKinney. Hankering for pizza we ventured over to Cadillac Pizza Pub which has been booked marked on my list for sometime. I'm glad we gave it a try, we had to check into the hostess stand outside and wait about 10 min. to be seated inside as that particular day even around 8 PM was still 90 Degrees! We were sat and the friendly waitress promptly took our order, to share we stared with the cheese bread...a MUST!!! I am still dreaming about this bread. For our entrée was the wood fired Goat and Fig which is a crispy pancetta / goat cheese / fresh mozzarella / dried fig / balsamic drizzle / fresh basil. What I loved about this pizza were three things: 1. Wood Fire 2. Sweet and savory 3. Thin crust They had a live band playing that Saturday night. I can't wait to venture back over again!
